What can a logo and visual identity do for my company?

Ultimately it can help scale up your business. If your business offers a great service or product, a visual identity can help ensure others see that. It will give you credibility, ensure you look trustworthy, and ensures you set the perfect first impression.

Can't I use AI or Canva to produce logos or websites?

Absolutely, however it comes with a cost and risk. Anything from a template or automatically generated can align you to a competitor, offer weak messaging and lead missed opportunities - these solutions end up losing your business money in the long run, whereas what I product is an investment.

What if I'm not happy with the end product?

I build in multiple checkpoints into the process to ensure projects stay on track. Everything is underpinned by input from you and input from my research, so alignment is kept throughout the project.

When's the best time for a visual identity or website refresh?

There's never a better time than now to get in touch and talk through what you need. It may be what you have already is perfect for you, however if it isn't it's costing you money, and a new identity and website only gets more expensive as you grow as a company, so it's better that it's a catalyst for that growth.
